"Being Rich, Starts With A Wealthy Mindset" - The Digital Landlord
FAQ | Got Questions? We've Go Answers!Q: How long did it take you to earn profit?
A: At this model, several months due to all the testing. However anyone can learn it in 2-4 weeks and depending on (2) critical "market size" factors can turn a profit in 2-3 months indefinitely. Q: How much did you spend to earn a profit? A: Unlike real estate where you are spending or borrowing hundreds of thousands to earn $200 - $500 a door, I spend about $1,500 per deal and earn; $500, $750, $1k... Up to $5k a month CASH FLOW per deal. Not once but monthly! In face I recommend you setup all your billing weekly! Q: Who is this for or not for? A: Anyone with a laptop, Wi-Fi/internet connection can do this. However the haters, complainers, naysayers that exist in every niche or business seem to be better off unemployed or working for "the man". Q: Do you build the website first or find a lead buyer? A: Both at the same time. We typically start with "due diligence". That means we start by finding the right "city/market". Add in the niche/vertical. Then look at keyword volume (search volume). Finally we look at competition and go in for the kill! While that is happening we are prospecting by calling companies in that market to offer our services. Both line up and the deal is inked! |

"I'm a regular person who understands that everything your want starts with a concept and a vision, moves to belief, and is achieved through massive action and perseverance.
"I chose to take my vision of waking up when I want, of not answering to a boss and sticking it to the man after being sick and tired of being well sick and tired. I went for it."
"If there was one thing I want you to take away from this blog its that there is no difference between you and me other than that I'm not afraid to "try, try again".
