Its been awhile since I've put out a training video, I've been busy closing as many deals as possible before the new year (2025) comes in!

Here is a list of things you need to overcome if you want to be successful in Rank & Rent. I've personally ran into these hurdles and learned the hard way.

Here they are:

Improper Due Diligence
1 - Misguided Keyword Research/Domain Selection
2 - City is too big/small
3 - Seasonal Fluctuations

Solution: Ahrefs and Google Trends (SEO Tool)

Website Build Sucks
4 - You've never built a website
5 - Wall of text
6 - Missing CTA Headers That Pop
7 - No FAQ
8 - No Lead Capture Form

Solution: Use my recommended platform or hire my team to build it (link in Desc.)

Website SEO Sucks
9 - No Citations or Other Valuable Backlinks
10 - Content is Terrible
11 - Keyword is low search volume
12 - No Photos or The Quality Sucks and No Alt Text
13 - Keyword cannibalization

Solution: Hire a Web Develpment Company such as my team 

No Prospecting Process
14 - Build a List Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram/Thumbtack/Yelp
15 - Call, Email, Text, Message (Social/Website)
16 - You don't know how to position the product
17 - Failing to price your leads properly
